The Nearly New Shop

Hope everyone has been doing well, it’s finally Spring 😀

I’ve been looking forward to the day when I can put my winter jacket away for good and pull out my vests. :0)

This weekend I was able to visit one of my favourite shops called Nearly New.  Nearly New is an awesome consignment shop that sells new, consigned or donated clothing. The store has a good selection of brands and have gotten some great items at this shop.  Here’s a before photo as you can see it needed some changes so I gave it  facelift with some photo editing magic.  If you want a sneak peak inside the shop, let me know maybe I can take a few more photos for you.

The track of the day is by a fantastic group called Ylja ..

After I found out about Sigur Ros I started hunting high and low for more awesome music from Iceland.

Let me know what you think in the comments below and hope you enjoyed the post 🙂

  1. I think you make a good point very well. People are obsessed with having things which are brand new and there is absolutely no need to be. I buy CDs and I much prefer to pay just one penny for second hand music than the full, vastly over inflated price.

  2. We LOVE these stores! With my father volunteering at a Lifeline warehouse for almost 30 years after his retirement, all the grandchildren have been taught through him “preloved” is just as good as new!

  3. When I found out about it, I started shopping at Nearly New all the time 🙂 Thanks for your comment and visit.
